It is possibly the most childish marketing I have ever seen, it seems EA market all of Visceral’s games badly, including a fake Dante’s Inferno protest at E3 which didnt go down well…

it’s a great advert really. unique adverts like those get a lot of publicity amongst media channels than the usual “Moar weapons, Moar gore, Moar horror” adverts. unique adverts like the ds2 one give interest to the non-gamers, which then can lead them into buying a copy.
basically, it’s an ad meant for the non-gamers and for building brand recognition.
