In this case it was done with atomizer but I believe it can be achieved with only double jump, just probably in my opinion the hardest set of jumps for scout in the game. Gotta hug the wall and time the jumps perfectly, think I got it once and then gave up because it was too hard. First jump is from the side piece of sheet metal on the side window to the capture point sign above the entrance then up and around from there. gl!

Incase you were wondering, the atomizer was unbanned for a while in a testing phase before the last main OWL season but admins elected to ban it which is fair enough.
