Hi there. My 6’s Open team and I have just applied for Season 23 of ETF2L 6’s tournament. Can anybody tell me how we’ll know if we got accepted to play or not? And should we get accepted how will we know what matches we have and any details revolving such matches?

Thanks

Muuki

It doesn’t say anywhere in the article about whether they’ll inform applicants if they got accepted, let alone how :/

If your team says “Waiting” then you’re good to go.

You can’t not get accepted if you have a full roster, unless you’re like the last team to apply – there needs to be an even number of teams in each tier (at least for week1, I think). There’ll be provisional divisions published shortly before the season starts, in which your team should be listed if all goes well.

What might happen is that you get put into another division than the one your applied for because the admins think that your team is better or worse than you claimed – but there is no division below open, so dont be afraid.

So, if it shows you “on the waiting list”, you’re fine.

We accept any team to play in open (special cases might occur, but don’t be too bothered about this) so there is no need to worry about that! After the sign-ups for the season have ended, the season itself will begin and you can start playing the matches with your team. Every match fixture will be released on Saturdays at 23:59 CET with a default date that you can change to any other day of the possible week you are able to play on, however Fridays and Saturdays are not sadly possible to play on.

If you have anything else wondering you, feel free to read our FAQ:
