Was a very clever game, enjoyed it very much. Could see the German discipline was still there and you could see Spain’s game was to tire the Germans out.

The Spaniards knew that the only way they could beat the Germans was to tire them out, due to the form they were in and organisation and discipline by them (especially their midfield and defence was always in 1 line of 4 was really good). As there is no way the Germans could keep their concentration for 90minutes with that quality, being 100% concentrated and disciplined eventually something has to give.

Which is why Spain won, just kept passing took off time by making Germans work and work and work until there was no fuel left in the tank xD Poor Schweinsteiger he was knackered after 70minutes worked his butt off but couldn’t continue the same pressure. He did it vs Argentina when Messi had the ball or Tevez would always come back and support the leading defender always 2 on 1, he did it vs Spain too but just got too tired.

Spain deserved to win sorry to say Germans!
