Depends what you mean by saying child, as in literally child or someone whos 10-15? You also cannot drink at the event, because of university rules. That helps too. During BETA LAN two LoL teams got caught drinking and doing drugs in the toilet and got immediately kicked out of the event.

maybe have a bit more buffer time before the (first) match so that people can get their cfg/sens/drives and so on.

Ipz no problem bringing children, it’s safier than italy there and the lan is also fine plus taxi are cheap so no public transport needed.

Yep super raccomended 20 euro each a night in a double less than 15 for a triple, going back there if manage to get a good flight to kaunas. The hotel is clean and super safe in the center of the main street of kaunas, if anyone wants info add me on steam I’ll gladly help you

Also you should have cash on you when using taxis, since most of them don’t take cards. Also Lithuania is getting euros in 2015 which might make it “a bit more expensive”.

Yeah, just googled it:

The parliamentarians added that according to scientific studies, energy drinks may encourage teenagers to try drugs.

Hilarious, but I guess we should get back on topic.
