Although that might be wrong. Still, http://www.polskibus.com/ has relatively cheap tickets Warsaw to Wilno (*rolleyes* it’s spelled Vilnius!).

Warsaw to Vilnius to Kaunas doesn’t look too good. It’s 9 hours to Wilno by itself :O
And btw. W in polish is the same as V in Lithuanian I think, it’s just a different writing of a pretty much the same thing :P (except for us part)
