Purple & Black small boxes as crosshair

I tried to made a crosshair script but i failed and now ive got the Purple & Black small boxes crosshair. How can i fix it again :S ?
Afaik that happens when you select an invalid crosshair (one that doesn’t exist).
Make sure you haven’t got made a typo in the cl_crosshairfile thingy.
Hm… ok thanks but anyone know how i can fix it?
i know there is a command but google dont answer .___.

Making your own crosshairs is not advised. I made a huge selection of crosshairs similar to my old TFC ones. If the server is using sv_pure 1 or 2 (can’t remember which) your crosshairs will be black and purple boxes.
The error will also occur if the crosshair is named incorrectly (it’s been a while but i think you needed 2 files for a crosshair, one of which is text).
But yea, either the server is blocking your custom crosshair, or there is a problem with the file.
