I doubt the players’ individual skill levels were relevant in this decision. The alternative would’ve been to demote tutorial to backup (and potentially ask him to promote someone else to deputy) – not sure how that would’ve worked out with the actual issue not quite resolved – tutorial would’ve still been around.
That being said: they’re not undermanned – their roster has 6 players already.

If they’re folding I’d move MIPC into div1 automatically and add danger dogs to the playoffs.
And then move ducks/bubbels/cc into div2
