Well, every time i try to join on dm/surf servers i get the engine error (“Model models/Gibs/wood_gib01e.mdl not found and models/error.mdl couldn’t be loaded”)
That’s because of steampipe? if so, got any ideas how to fix that?

Other than the spam in console, does it affect the game at all? Console errors tend to be fairly meaningless.

It makes the game crashes, just to verify game cache, i had it and that fixed it! :D

Reinstall your HUD
Am I the only one who cannot join any servers since steampipe?
edit: nvm, works now.

Didn’t work even when i completley removed the folders and reinstalled, i guess it’s a problem with custom huds. I tried souphud and gmang.

Apparently downloaded maps crash tf2. Happened to me too.
Fixed it by putting them all into custom/custummaps/maps/.
If anyone has display errors with his custom menus or HUDs, that person did probably not read this guide or made a mistake installing the menu or HUD in the new folder.
“* Restored VPK file cache, with tuned size to reduce memory usage and improve client boot and map load times”
might help ppl who had stuttery tf2 after steampipe… it will be applied on transition process update
