I use Mac but I found .dll files in there, so it only works on Windows. Can you make a Mac-compatible version?
Hello, please help me. I setup P-REC 2.0.5. and i have a problem: every game with p-rec tf2 is closed. If i play without p-rec all normal. What i must do, what fix closing tf?
Hey, i have no clue as to why this is happening, i’ve installed prec in every with way that i have seen. In custom, addons folder- etc. Everytime i do it correctly , tf2 crashes automatically at startup. I get the menu for maybe 3 secs, then it crashes. Looked into console, it says prec is working perfectly and no additional errors. help?
This should be your file path:
steam\apps\common\Team Fortress 2\tf\custom\PREC\addons
If you have any odd prec settings, maybe worth checking those? (if you point to a folder to store demos, but no folder exists etc.) or is there anything else in your config that is causing crashes (remove autoexec.cfg and configs.cfg read-only permissions to launch with a ‘clean’ TF2, possibly use -autoconfig as launch option to properly reset)

Prec don’t record demo in this case.

Well you could just Prec_record maunally.
PREC is causing my game to crash after i launched :|

Does not delete my useless demos at all. I tried setting it as 0, still, useless demos are not deleted.
These are my prec settings in autoexec.cfg
bind mouse5 prec_mark
prec_delete_useless_demo 1
prec_mode 3
prec_dir recordings
prec_tag dat
prec_log 2
This issue is still not resolved.
Useless meaning, demos that do not have an accompanying .txt with bookmarks.

When i download it it comes with no sound folder, so the game crashes when i started. How do i fix this?

It’s not supposed to come with a sound folder. Where are you putting your files?

this is where i am putting it. C:Program Files (x86)Steam SteamApps Fortress 2 tf custom. on the website http://etf2l.org/help/p-rec/ that is where it says to put it, and it has a sound file.
