coooooooooooooommmmmmmmmmmmmeeeeeeeeeeeeeee oooooon,
sign up guys, it’s an experience even if you fall on a div1 team at the start..and your also doing a huge step in helping out TF2 by having your team play there!

*bump*

Yea, everyone should maybe get in contact and carry responsibility to get their divisional rivals signed up and carry the info forward. The site structure is very simple and it’s easy to sign up.

Div 1 is 9/10 atm. just missing Team Empire. :P

In total 57/128

ESH should send an email to all the people signed up for previous tournaments to raise awareness.

The problem that most teams are faced with is that there are so many officials to play with all these leagues running simultaneously, we also had 4 officials this week and 2 plus the cup next week. This leads to teams having to pick their priorities, and while div1 teams have no problem prioritising ESH over ETF2L/ESL/WP, it’s not the same for the lower division teams.

But what I’d like those of you who are debating whether to participate in the ESH or not to realise is that while they are all fine leagues that have stood the test of time for good reasons, the future of competitive TF2 isn’t in ETF2L or WirePlay. It’s organisations like Esports Heaven with connections to the esports scene on a wider scale that will enable this game to gain enough momentum to keep from becomng as stale as it was in the last few months of 2009, and will open new opportunities on even grander arenas.

TF2 in its current state lacks the sheer player mass to uphold this many leagues and this cup without active community initiative. We have now got our foot in the door. Letting it close before we’ve even fully opened it would be a horrible mistake.

We have applied, but have yet to be confirmed, could be the same for other teams…?

As stated by an Admin on a previous page in this thread, numlocked is currently in more than one team. You need to get him to decide who he is playing for and remove him from your roster if he is not playing.

Looking at their roster it seems like Empire are in the process of folding :(

Get signed up ppl, these cups are great for the community and need our support!!

And on this note – stop dropping out of ESL it supports cash prizes for the winners. TF2 will never reach the extreme series because you’re being too lazy to play a game every weds at 21cet, routine never hurt anyone. Playing a lead has an impact beyond a win and loss for your team – surely you want to be telling a mate “yeah i play tf2” “AWESOME I’VE HEARD OF THAT” instead of “Oh… well i’ve heard of css…”
