Since he was banned for “stupid chat”, TF2C staff could probably also ban like a few hundred more players for the same reason.

Amazing how the only paid admin team in EU TF2 is somehow the most caustic and unprofessional.

I get that MasterNoob and Mother Tereza are core developers, but maybe you guys should stick to the backend and let someone with people skills deal with the public side of things?

What some people pay money for is different to what other people pay money for.

Advantage of paying money for AL is you become a customer and you have to be treated correctly and professionally, your feedback must be taken with some degree of measure, there must be a very good support structure in place for queries and problems. The reason for this is because you’re buying a product and the product must be of acceptable quality for you to continuing to purchase.

If I played in ESEA and here and I had an issue, but I am paying for ESEA and not for ETF2L, if ETF2L’s customer support was worse than ESEA, I would expect it as I do not pay to use their services, but if ESEA gave me a sub-par service, I would cease my business.

Funny thing about this example is ETF2L always have had the better service despite being a free league (In my experience).

what will happen if i get in becuase I’m best BB pyro Nippon, and people report me for offclass although i’m owning.. I shouldn’t pay in first place then or will you ignore noob reports?

Kinda interested to see how this will work out but tbh I don’t think it’ll be a huge difference from normal lobbies (eventually)
