Soldier  Div 6 Skill, 6v6

I have been playing competitive tf2 for 4 months now. I always did highlander, but I would like to play as a roaming soldier in 6's now. I'm pretty reliable and I'm able to organise thing since I've been leader of a hl-team for 2 months now.
I'm looking for a team that takes it this serious without raging when things go wrong.
