Ladies, Gentlemen and those of indiscriminate gender,
Team Vertex are recruiting a new pocket soldier, to slot into our line-up ready to take on Division 2B this coming season. Please find a little more information about what we're after below…
What we want:
============
* Experienced Pocket Soldier – Make sure you can look after your medic and deal with anything that comes at you, especially scouts! Prior experience in Division 1 or 2 as a pocket soldier would be a massive bonus.
* Available 4-5 days per week 20CET – 22:30CET. We play Sunday to Thursday, with the occasional day off.
* Good Communication – We have a main-calling medic, so it's important that you have the ability to to listen, understand and execute calls that you hear in-game. You should be vocal and call what you need to in-game, but remember not to clutter comms. Also, if you're going to be late/away – you should understand that it's polite to let us know you can't play.
* Able to take criticism – As a team, we are always looking to improve our game and to work on any problems we have. We understand that you only improve in life by making mistakes and learning from them.
* Good sense of humour – We share a lot of banter and jokes on mumble, sometimes about and towards each other. It's really important that you have the ability to join in and are not easily offended.
* Lannable – This isn't an absolute must, but it would be great if you were able to attend i46 this August, in the UK. We are looking to go to i46 as a team, so let's keep the dream alive!

Had a couple of people ask me, so figured I’d update this quick with a comment…
If you don’t have proven experience in div1/div2, we can still consider you for a trial. We’re very happy to look at upcoming talent, especially if you are a keen and fun player.
We are proud to have the winner of the season 11 upcoming talent award in our team, Mr. G, so if you’re as keen as he is – we’ll definitely give you a try :)
