spadez is definitely a div 3 scout if all we are going off is pure aim and skill. However, when I last played with him (about 6 months ago) he had a massive tendency to always over extend, rage nearly constantly, bring people into the mumble that would interrupt scrims, offclass without saying anything, argue with the main callers in game, decide to do his own thing without communicating his intentions and refuse to communicate or work as a team outside of the game when his feedback on strategies would be more welcome.
Overall, as a scout, he is skilled and can easily out DM many at his level, but unless something has changed in the last few months, he has major attitude issues and difficulty communicating that, at least to me, makes him undesirable on a team.
Also, if you kick him from your team, he will come into your mumble next time you are in a match, start spamming his mic, think it is hilarious and then post it on youtube.
Pretty sure you were the only problem last season. I’m surprised your team kept you on this long. I’m doing fine with my team. I don’t rage at all, I yell at cranberry when he overextend cause he wants me too. Its the fact you always thought you were right and never took criticism, haven’t you realized you haven’t improved? You have like 4 seasons under your belt..
“We brought on Spadez, at first we were a little skeptical because of his reputation among the community but I honestly had nothing against him nor did anybody else on the team. During tryouts, he was kinda quiet and slowly started warming up to us and became more comfortable, I have no reason to dislike the kid. He has a great sense of humor like the rest of us and people are constantly asking “why did you pick up Spadez?!” Well, he is a great team player and if we don’t have a problem with him, I really could care less what anybody else thinks.” -Cranberry, My current team leader.
I just wanted to provide my opinion on your skill and attitude based on my past experience with you. The difference is that I was at least polite about it and I do say that my last experience with you was 6 months ago. You may have changed for all I know, but you attacking me on a personal level, calling me the only problem on a team that was having a lot of fun and then just being rude would tend to indicate otherwise.
For what it is worth, I know and trust Cranberry very well, and if he says that spadez has improved his attitude and is a valued member of his team, then there is likely some truth to that. I wish you luck in your future endeavors spadez.
