Hello, let me introduce "PROJECT HIGHLANDER START-UP" to you.
We want to build a new highlander team from players without
competitive experience and bring new people into competitive tf2
Pursuing this goal, we are assembling a team of mentors for each individual class.
We will do maptalks, match and demo-reviews with the entire team, as well as class-specific mentoring.
We will "cultivate" the team for one single-season, after that the team should be ready to act independently and continue playing and improving without our help.
IMPORTANT NOTE: The mentors wont be playing in any matches or riding on the teams roster.
Now we're looking for main-players, what we expect from you:
-bring a lot of time for scrims and other stuff (2-3 times a week)
-teamplayer
-motivated
-be reliably
-take it serious
You don't already have to be the best players in the world, but you should be willing to
improve yourself and not be afraid of practice an teamwork, so you can BECOME the
best players in the world;).

Hi there!
I’m currently 17 years old and from germany. To be honest my english is not the best but I think I’m able to communicate good enough. It could be possible that I’m kinda shy in the beginning because I never did any teamspeaks or stuff like that before.
I don’t have any competetive experience yet and I also never played on lobbies before (only pubs). But I’m willing to improve and get better. I have about 800 hours total playtime in TF2. I mainly play Soldier (~100h), then Sniper (~50h) and then Pyro and Demo (~40h) (I not a good Sniper though and Solly is my best class). I’d love to enter the competetive scene but I actually don’t know much about it. But I honestly have no idea if I’m good enough yet and I don’t have too much time because of school and real life stuff. Usually I should be able to play from 17:00 to sometime in the evening but like I said, gaming is not the only thing I do. So because of that I’d suggest me to be – if you’re even willing to take me – some kind of a sub or so.
So yea, I’m still kinda uncertain but I take it serious and I’d like to get better. If you guys want to lead some newbies into comp I’m probably not that wrong here.

Hey, I’m from Spain and would like to join your team. I can play a a scout, soldier, sniper or engie. My English is quite good (I’ve spent 9 weeks in Ireland in total the last 3 years and this summer I’m going to the UK for 3 weeks ) I play tf2 everyday, I’ve played it 250 hours and I want to try something different, that’s why I want to join a team.

This looks pretty good and fun, as I really want to get into HL as Spy! I don’t know how this project will work while being sub, but I’d possibly try if it’ll sound good!
Hello there, my name is Karma! , i’m 20 years old and from Italy. My main class is spy (with about 270 hours on it) but also play engie pretty well ( about 150 hours). I’ve never played competitive before but i’m really looking for a way to emprove my skills and play more seriously. I do play a lot of lobbies and mixes, I speak english very well and i’m used to talk on mumble , comment and call things out. I’m available for playing 2-3 times a week, mostly in the evening.
