I want to join a keen team that knows what they are doing and focuses on improvement throughout the season – no whiners
I would like to actually be competitive with a team for once, none of this "for fun/offclass" bullshit.
Such a team might not even exist, so if not, I'l probably just sub or offclass with friends for another season.
