The blight that plagues both Finnish and Israeli players alike has left us one man short of a full lineup. IsF is looking for a main lineup scout and a backup scout/soldier. You should have the game sense, aim and comms to play at a top div 3 level. More importantly, your play style and personality has to fit into our team.

Previous occupants of the scout position include such luminaries as KLar, Pennyfarming and playeravatar, so you will have some big shoes to fill. As a backup player you should be able to play scout and soldier at a decent level. Being able to play demoman and/or medic is a bonus.

The core of IsF have been playing together for many years. We have a friendly and relaxed atmosphere while remaining serious about winning. For season 17, we are either staying in div 3 or trying to get a div 2 spot through screenshots depending on our preseason results. We play from Sunday to Thursday starting around 20 CET. We have a match server and Mumble.

We are looking for someone who:
– is active (at least 4 days a week), dedicated and reliable
– is mature (18+), sociable, friendly and has a good sense of humor
– has top div 3/div 2 experience (at least one completed season)
– has clear English comms without any raging or whining
– is open to feedback and can discuss mistakes in a calm manner

Our requirements are pretty much non-negotiable. Experience is a must and being active and vocal during matches is really important.
