We are looking for two scouts that are able to offer the following:

– Experience in div4 or high div5
– A reasonable level of game sense
– Clear voice communications
– Excellent team work (co-ordination)
– Available sun, mon and tues 6pm – 10pm
– Always looking for ways to improve and progress
– An interest in clan tactics or strategy
– Patience and the will to work hard to overcome problems

Unfortunately we are a bit like England, pretty good on paper but unable to produce performances consistently. Do not expect a team with fantastic co-ordination, team play and game sense. If we were good at all of these things, we would not be looking to improve our lineup. We are looking to establish a core of players who are willing to work on all of these things in order to improve (not give up after a few disappointing losses).

We are looking for two scouts that are at the same level as the rest of the team and who are looking to progress through the divisions. Our aim is to play at div4 level at the minimum (which we are more than capable of). We believe it is very important that we can field the same 6 players on a regularly basis. The ability to be reliable and on time is key.

We will be trialing players for a minimum of two week periods to ensure that you are willing to commit to the team. Please ensure you have eliminated all your possibilites before commiting to a trial with our team. If you pass your trial, you will be expected to join.

We have a fantastic bunch of guys here and great foundations to build upon. I can assure you that you will not be disappointed playing here with us at vertex. If this sounds like a team you want to be part of, then please add me to Steam.
