4th time is the charm?

So for the past year and a half i have been trying to get into competitive TF2 but always ended up having to end the dream either to computer issues, or competitive server lag etc. But now that all of the problems are fixed i am looking once more for a team.

Looking to main as a roaming soldier on a active div6. I have 2300+ hours in tf2 (3000 if you count my other account) and around 300-400 hours are played as a soldier.
