I'm a Finnish 22 year old guy looking to get into competetive tf2. I've just played in pubs so far. I have around 1000 hours played, with 400+ of them on soldier and about 75 on sniper. I speak fluent english so that won't be a problem and I'll be able to play quite a few times a week. I'd be happy to try out so just message me if I might be what you're looking for.
