Soldier  Div 3/Div 4 Skill, 6v6

Well mostly know me as cake, and for the first time ever, i've decided to not make my own team, and thought i'd try searching for a team in here. Have formerly played at a div 4 lvl soldier and a bit of medic from time to time, but i'm hoping/aiming for a div 3 team. All i'm hoping to find nice people who can give/take critisicm. With my old team we played great vs div 3 guys. And really doesnt matter with servers etc. Would love to find a team that practices atleast 3 times a week (if not more). I'm pretty confident with my aim and gamesense, and have close to 4000 hours of totalt tf2, so i know most stuff. I've previously maincalled a bit, and can again if required.
