If you are a new player, should look for a team in open first
i would suggest playing the game a bit more, you only have 150 hours which indicates that you dont even have enough experience in pubs as a player in general. i also would suggest looking for a ugc team in NA/USA since this is a european league and most (if not all) players here will be playing at european times which are too early for americans (most common time is 20 cest, which can range from 8 am to 16 (4 pm), depending on where you live in NA)
