Solar, Not only is Tollwut a better Heavy than you, but he has more Mid officials. Maybe you should stop trying to judge other players and instead learn how to play Heavy, your supposed mainclass, without feeding constantly.
Also, Toll is a good heavy and really nice guy!

Now you see Dave, I’m not sure if you’ve realised but this is the “Recruitment” section. And what happens here is, people post the class, division, and format they’re looking to play in, then people comment with their experiences and opinions on said players. It’s meant to create a feedback base so if people are unsure of a player’s ability, or perceived ability from the playerbase, they can look in the comments for advice. I don’t think many people looking to learn about Tollwut’s abilities would want to scroll through a bunch of spam and nonsense coming from players, particularly when one of those players (Read: u) is trying to flame and say things which frankly aren’t true. I think we’d all appreciate it if we could stay on topic in this comment section in the future :)

Even if I didn’t know how to play Heavy, I don’t even main him anymore since I’m playing Overwatch a lot more now. To tell you the truth, I don’t really have a mainclass in TF2 anymore.

I’m assuming you’re judging me on the last time we played in the same official, not sure if I’ve played one with you since and tbh I don’t really care but you seemed to have a lot of troubles feeding in said official https://youtu.be/RvtBpu0vo8A?t=17s where instead of running into spawn, which you could have done quite easily, you attempted to 1v1 an overhealed, revved heavy with an ubersaw after already dropping to nearly half health. Just trying to offer some critique, I hope you can use this as a learning experience and feed less.

Regardless merc or trial, it means literally nothing. Legit no point writing essay’s on why this one game means everything as it obviously meant nothing.
Just keep your comment to ‘open’ and don’t bother anymore if you think you’re right.
Tollwut is a genuinely nice guy. Very pleasent to have him around in mumble comms.

@Chando official, and I remembered it because their med dropped to a minigun rofl, I just used the power of weaponised autism :^)
@Brian I never claimed the barnblitz official I merced in meant anything at all, just what happened AFTER it. I provided a link to the logs as context and proof that the game occurred without anyone having to waste time researching the game for themselves. There would have been no point in me saying “o lol I merced in his offi then he asked me 2 carry his team xd” and then not provide a link to said game lol
My point was not how well me or the team did in that game. I never said anything about skill, rather the actions that Dave took which contradict his assessment of my skill in his earlier comment. The actions he took then certainly make it seem like he had quite some confidence in my abilities, regardless of my actual skill level. However according to Dave’s earlier post, I am a much worse Heavy than Tollwut, which begs the following questions:
Why did he ask for me to merc in his game in the first place? Why not ask Tollwut, a Heavy who, in Dave’s words, is so much better than me?
Why did he pump 35% heals into me and neglect his demo so I could get top dpm and frags if he thought I was so terrible?
Why did he then ask me to leave the team I was playing on at the time to join his because I would be, and I quote Dave, “a huge carry”?
Just in case you, for whatever reason, meant the Steel official in the next week of the competition, that game has zero significance also (other than the fact that it’s the most recent noteworthy official I played in the same server as him, I say noteworthy because I cannot remember any more recent ones, so if they did occur I’ve omitted them from my memory since they were not noteworthy), and I never claimed it did have any significance. I highlighted that official because Dave accused me of feeding, but he quite obviously fed pretty hard during that game. If he continued that trend in other officials that makes him a hypocrite, which is not very good :(
Anyway can we please stop derailing now and get back on the topic at hand, which is Tollwut. This post was made to clear any misunderstandings from people who either couldn’t, or didn’t, comprehend my reasoning and deduction from my last post.
Thank you for reading this comment, if you now have a better understanding (or even if you do not) don’t hesistate to tell me but please try to keep on the topic of Tollwut’s skill level (which is open, maybe mid with how much the quality of the game has degraded over the past year and a half or so), I wouldn’t want to derail this comment section any more than it already has been. Thanks for criticism and the praise from others.
Dave actually asked me several times to merc. Since I was really backed up with working, university and other IRL things I just usually wasnt able to play. Or I was busy with my own team. So I guess that’s out of the way and you can stop talking now.
Apart from that, have I ever even played against you? You don’t really ring any bells, so it can’t be recent.

great person to talk to and a good heavy def a good pick up for any team :)
Tollwut is a genuinely nice and honest person. Brings great atmosphere into mumble. Great heavy, perfect guy for a mid team. Needs to work on his calling, but besides that, he’s a clear recommendation. Give him a trial!!

So given that Tollwut is better than extrasolar, and extrasolar saying Tollwut is open, does extrasolar admit being worse than open? ?
