  Open Skill, Highlander

Hey there !! :)
I have been playing Spy for 300h and TF2 1400h in total and I am looking for a European Highlander team. I started playing TF2 about 5 years ago and I have also led a team in the first Highlander Open.
From my experience most important to me is a degree of niceness, but seriousness, since I am sick of people not showing up or showing up late to scrims and matches for no important reason.
I am willed to learn, listen and improve and get used to competitive more.
I got basic knowledge and experience already. I am also a good Scout, but not as practised as I am with Spy.
If possible I am willed to get into HLO2 as well.
