@maccy i get what you’re saying but there are tons of cases of people from divisions far lower than prem just wanting to have a shot at the top division and actually prooving themselves since they were given the opportunity (e.g. feri in -st-) sometimes you just have to give everyone a chance and if they manage well then great for them.
idk why everyone suddenly starts shittalking this guy but there are other sniper mains that have less experience and look for prem aswell.
i mean i get where youre all coming from and its correct that there are way too many people looking for “prem” without knowing the skill level in high but it looks like all the “youre not prem” comments from those recposts come here aswell just because someone else started it b4…

I have no indication of your skill whatsoever. But if you see the amount of shitters that play in high, I wouldn’t be suprised that a sniper or any other player that won mid last season is top high/low prem. If you take a look at the people that are in high and did an effort in thrashtalking you:
– Penguin has the the worst tracking in high (atleast I hope there is no one worse). I could be writing a twenty-page document of how bad this guy is. But I’m pretty sure the most of you played again this guy and I’m pretty sure you all agree that he’s utterly shit. He would probably even deny Sheezer as merc since he made a recruitmentpost for prem. To give you an idea how retarded Penguin actually is.
– Redwood is so braindead, that before a push, he doesn’t even check the most common sticktrap on badwater third… TWICE. Resulting into two failed pushes. Yes he seems like “one of the best demoman in high” like some people said on his recruitmentpost. I certainly hope the guy who posted that was being sarcastic.
– Porky, a snipermain himself looking for a top high team while he was the worst player on his team in mid. I have to compliment him though, moving to sub was a good call for your team. Jelly was a good pickup.
– The guy on the Lesk-team. How do you even dare to comment? lmao.
– Bloody, a fucking weeb that didn’t improve at all since he played ugc season 6. Forever stuck between the decision of watching retarded anime or watching retarded anime.

I don’t think there is any reason why someone couldn’t go from mid to prem, however I feel that although Sheezer could do very well in high next season, prem would be a step too far and he’d get destroyed by the better snipers there thus coming to the conclusion that he’s of high skill not prem. Nice guy though and I’m sure he can be prem in the future, gl! :)

He’ll do well in high obviously. Also the idea of that he dominated mid means that prem isn’t that unbelievable, it’d be a different story if he had a mediocre mid season and then lft prem. The sniper skill gap seems low between mid and high so I see no problem with him in in high and maybe just having prem there just to see if anyone is willing to take a chance. Should be high/prem like before :)

No prem players care about results in mid or how someone did against someone in random pugs. Therefore this guy will never get a prem team even if he would be good enough.
Getting a high team,then scrimming against tophigh/prem you actually have something people look at.
Or you can just look for prem and end up in high anyways,i dont care
I wont say he cant do prem because he just came out of mid, but the snipers in prem right now are just all better than him.

Im not saying Sheezer is shit or anything,hes a fucking good sniper, i just feel that going from winning mid to prem is a long shot, yea ok i use the memes that began by Moist and Porky, cos they are friends and im going to lan with them, and besides high has a very high skill level, much more than mid, heck everyone saw what happened to lesk, we crumbled, but we still took the challenge of high and took a draw against unpoppbable, who had some players with prem experience ( i think ) even after their roster changes, From what I have seen of ya Sheezer you could be prem very soon, just i think you need to at least play a season of high first as it is a decent step up from mid anyways.
Also ,zero, why do i dare comment? Cos i have an opinion on the guy and i feel that there are better options for him, just cos my team crumbled last season and we lost all our players, doesn’t mean i did, i didn’t for my first season in high i tried my best to do what i could and get all the kills i needed, but it obviously wasn’t enough, just because my first season of high wasn’t great, doesn’t mean i don’t have a right to speak on the matter :)

everyone said i was too bad for high so i made a team with friends and we won mid, now im high, lft prem will be too out of reach for sheezer but try the similar fashion, people here are basically telling you to win high and no one can deny you’re prem (they are just being complete assholes about how they say it) goodluck to you sheezer, lad.

Anyway what say do we have in the matter, I mean we are dealing with some autistic sniper main who carried bankers for one game against my old team who then proceeded to switch to veritas the week after and carry them to mid while popkern was happy because he had to make his own team just so he could use 99% of the ubers to save his shitty logs. Not to mention sheezer shittalked my old team as well when we struggled against other teams which would make playoffs while we had our own roster issues. And also seems to have integrated fully into the polish circlejerk and used cryy to roster ride on winless b@gser five. And all this happened when he could have easily stayed with budget toucans and would’ve probably been along with the position the are in now on the brink of prem. I guess by those facts alone he would be a perfect fit for prem highlander. Anyway consider this rant my swansong with this site as I don’t intend to check it again.
Feel free to shittalk, counter my arguments for no gain as I don’t care at all and won’t check this thread either. And for any aspiring mid players out there. If I can get a game in prem, then you can too.

Sheezer cut himself from budget toucans because he was “too bad for plat”. This was true. Im sure he’s improved by now but nevertheless he left us mid season with no sniper. Thankfully, despite having exams porky stepped in and did a much better job than sheezer was doing

I don’t think Prem is a circle jerk. Most high teams aren’t even willing to scrim vs prem teams because they don’t like losing, yet prem teams are meant to be aware of the skill level of every individual player in mid?
The way to get into prem is to find a top high team and be keen to scrim vs prem teams even if it means losing, there were plenty of times last season we needed scrims and high teams said no. You need to get exposure playing against those players at that skill level, and with the spreadsheet and pickups dead thats the only way left to do it. There isn’t the time to trial every mid player who thinks he’s prem.

insanely good sniper, outsniped prem snipers from what ive seen. however would benefit from a season in a top high team first to prepare for prem. that’s not to say he hasn’t got the aim for it, but it seems better to have a great season in top high and then progress to a great season in prem. Jumping such a gap could impact the otherwise spotless track record sheezer has made for himself.
