Prem is the highest skill level, It would probably best that you start with open :) given your hours in the game. Best of luck Friend!
I tend to play a lot of scout, got 1800 hours on the game and would love to try out some competitive TF2.

I am good at both spy and pyro, I actually airblast teamates and am a good pybro if needed. I have a really good set consisting of the axetinguisher, the flare gun, as well as the degreaser. for spy I have each of his weapons and I can use each one depending on the situation. I have pulled of trickstabs in order to save teammates and evn have a recording of one if you would like seeing it. I can also get consistent killstreaks (at least 5 kills (unless I sacrifice to save a important teammate or to save point) with spy and/or pyro.
