I've been playing tf2 for a bit over 2 years now and I've messed around with competitive a bit but I've never been on an actual team so I want to get some officials under my belt

My experiences with comp have been limited to lobbies and mixes, the mixes usually with div 5 to div 3 players from my group of friends, and I've been in some poorly managed teams before that fell apart due to disagreements between members, so I'd like to avoid drama in teams
