Open Skill, Highlander

Hey, looking for a team to play backup or main soldier for. I have past HL experience as a heavy. Although I only have 1.1k hours, a large majority of this is competitive, I have 300 lobbies on tf2 center.
I can also play other classes such as scout as backup but I would prefer to main Soldier.
