wat is a div and how does it relate to number of lobbys?

all-round sub spot preferred because uni is hard and i don't want to only play 1 class
haven't played in a team for like 2 years so idk what skill levels are like now
priority for scout/demo/solly, ugc or etf2l, don't mind, just want some regular games
