Div 4 Skill, 6v6

It wasn't easy to make this decision, but I'm looking for a new team for next season.
I've put a lot of effort into my old one, getting servers, finding mercs/subs, scheduling games, getting mentored etc.
As long as everyone involved is as keen on improving as I am, I'll be happy with any team. However I am looking for div4 because I was collecting div4 logs with my old team and we had enough to get into that division.
I wasn't really given the chance to maincall on my last team, but I'd be interested in getting better at it and I think there's enough time for that until the season starts. Otherwise I'm happy to get used to whatever play style is preferred on the team.
In general I'm calm, but if something ridiculous happens in this silly game then I might have a laughing fit, for the most part I'll try hard even in scrims though.

She’s a really good Medic, but just needs a team to help her work on her maincalling:
We found that we lacked focus calls (especially at mid) but the decisions made to push / defend were good.
Had excellent tracking on uber percentages and re-spawning classes.
All-in-all a great Medic who just needs some time to develop her maincalling abilities.
