First of all i am looking for UGC platinum/gold team. Currently playing d3 with nipples. If i can't find main spot i'm okay with sub spot :)
– Over 1000 hours as sniper
– 21-years old from Finland
– If i'm working on evening shift i'm home at ~20.35cet
– Sniping a lot and still improving
– Making some players/teams rage just with sniping :'D
All the butthurts/trollz/recruitment polices can just go f*uck them selves if don't think i could handle plat :D

Can sound mean and immature in his recruitment posts, but he isn’t like that at all, he has also improved greatly skillwise. I really hope this stupid drama would end someday.
It’s not drama when there’s valid reasoning behind the people who provide feedback that he isn’t willing to accept.
Sure he’s improved from when he was actually awful. But division 2 will be a struggle for him.
If he cherry picks his logs to show his “skill” there’s always going to be others that show the opposite so logs really do nothing at all to represent a good sniper.
Even in Smitz’s team there’s better snipers and that’s bottom div 2…
It’s not drama, it’s just when somebody overestimates themselves and his friends (who play in the same exact division or lower) back him up saying he’s the bees knees when other people (high divisions) would say otherwise. It show’s immaturity not taking negative feedback, especially when he gets really defensive about it than offering a decent argument for why he should be in div 2. All I saw last post was “I think i can do it, i always top frag look at cherry picked logs i played div 1” and that really isn’t a good argument when people were already doubting him.
But clearly I am a butthurt person / trollz0r / recruitment “polices” so I guess I’ll just go fuck myself brb.

Can do plat imo. There are better snipers but surely he can do his job.
I usually don’t bother posting here but this is getting ridiculous. What’s the point of all this trashtalk? Why not just let him try if he thinks he’s up to it? Will be rejected if he won’t do good enough in trials, it’s simple as that.

Zero: The thing is, platinum is usually division 3-4. Juju posted Division 2. Why?
I guess juju thinks that he is in that skilllevel as Sniper mid/high plat. Or want attention. Only because he played against a d2-3 mix team with sias, he thinks he can handle this division easily. (A mix team, which never played together, against an organized team. Very hard.)
Surely, he may get good shots, but his biggest weakness is countersniping. And this is really important. Hours doesnt matter(who cares about 1000 hours, you can be still shit with 1500 or 2000 as sniper), lobbys doesnt matter, these are just pub v2.

div 3/4 is high silver and from what I’ve seen from juju in scrims etc. I don’t think he can handle much higher. call me a trashtalker. after all it’s the choice of the team. if they trial him and think he’s a good addition to their team, they will pick him up no matter what people in his rec post say.

I know i can handle plat with no problems. If i would get raped then everyone can say i’m not at that skill level. Its really pointless to speculate what ‘div’ i am here. Let the team do it for i trial :D

Okay, time for some insight.
Played against juju a few times this season(scrims). If I remember correctly he was starting for 50 Shades of Nipps, a mid-bottom division 3 team. We were a div 4 team. Needless to say, he didn’t exactly wow us in terms of skill. Sure, he was annoying as fuck, but nothing too much that we needed to change our entire game plan on.
Point being, I really don’t think he will live up to his standards in Plat. I could see him as High Silver/Low Gold but cherrypicking will only get him so far in comp. I’ve seen what div 2 Snipers are capable of doing. They are scary. Heck, even some div 3 ones surprise me and catch me off guard. juju isn’t consistent with his headshots, a big problem moving forward.
Mind some constructive criticism, young blood. And good luck finding a team.

Good sniper from what I have seen, plat for sure and I bet d3 fits well now, maybe even d2 on s6 then, GL juju .ps ppl stop shittalking, if a sniper is not good enough on his teams lvl he will get kicked, but everyone should get a try to prove the lvl

From what I’ve personally seen he can probably handle d3 pretty solid but he would need to have a good day every day to handle d2 as of now.

Why is he looking for div 2 then?
Well, struggling against Div4 snipers doesn’t really make him shine as a Div2 sniper. Or div3 for that matter. However, placing snipers in divs this season has been really weird. 2 of the best euro snipers imo are playing Div3 for example. Some of the snipers in the lower divs could easily have been a div or two higher aswell.
