The One Round Wonders aren't playing ETF2L, so I'm looking for a comfy backup spot as either Medic or Heavy (or both!) in the upcoming ETF2L Highlander Season 5. I play Medic four times a week with ¹ᴿᵂ in UGC + Wireplay HL and play 6s with Get This Done either after scrims or the evenings when the wonders aren't PCW-ing, so I don't have the time to main unfortunately.
Uhm, experience-wise, I've played Heavy in UGC Season 9 in Steel, Season 10 in Silver (with thz- who finished 2nd). Finished 2nd in ETF2L 6s last season in Div 6 as Medic (now playing with a team going Div 4 for S16) and in Wireplay HL Season 10 (finished 2nd in Div 2). I've also played a ~120 ping Heavy/Medic at 2am BST for an NA Gold team in UGC Season 10.
Jake gets back from America in late-October, so I'll have less scrims with ¹ᴿᵂ and a more flexible timetable (i.e. actual availability) once the ETF2L HL season starts. Also, bear in mind that my Heavy may be a tad rusty to begin with. I can main call (as Medic) if you want, but I prefer dual-calling with either my Demo or Heavy (or both) instead of solo-calling. I can dual-call as Heavy, but I don't want to main call at all so I can focus on shooting things. I'd like to improve and get better which is why I'm looking slightly higher than I am.

I’ve not seen her play heavy, but Mia is a very solid medic who is already performing well at a div3 HL level. She’s one of the better HL meds I’ve played with, honestly, and is improving quickly. Basically a no-brainer if you need a sub med around this level.
She’s also crazy about spreadsheets so your team will probably get a +10 organisation buff from her passive aura or something.
After this UGC season, there’s no denying Mia will be at a div 3 level. Clean calls and always up for a laugh. Definitely well-worthy of div 3 ^^’
Okay medic needs to listen to her team a bit more but gl!

I think christine is a really valuable asset to your team. I think Riina has really improved lately with her hl skill and although she says she’s not willing to maincall as heavy, she will because she’s good at it.

Glad Foxy took up helping with tf2center so it doesn’t have some fool like Marty making it look bad by being a general prick. Also Tetrix witty comeback vs Scissors, can you teach me cos I really struggle with stuff like that.
Haven’t seen her play heavy since she was in steel but I know she’s keen for 6s medic and that will improve highlander if she can adapt and be aware of the other shit in hl so div 3 why not.

I don’t recall seeing her doing too well on Heavy the times I’ve seen her (but granted, that was a long while ago by now), but she seems to do okay as Medic.

What’s the point of deleting someone’s posts? they have a right to say bad things about people, if someone says something Negative about someone’s Recruitment Post, they have a right for it, if a person is going to receive only Positive feedback, then how we gonna find out bad sides of a player if we only see Positive…jeez no democracy in this Recruitment area

I love how every uninformed negative opinion gets deleted but every uninformed positive/neutral opinion can stay. This thread says more about byte than it does about Mia at this point.

Calling someone a “all round twat” isn’t necessary rules could not be clearer warning was there. As for addressing about her being this and that as heavy or overrated is perfectly acceptable, this is not why it was removed. Ban was justified, as a warning was given.
There is total democracy and if anyone else wants their recruitment post “e-policed” let me know and add me on steam will keep an eye on it for them =)

Just because wrong is done else where doesn’t mean it should continue, if you have a request or a complaint about other recruitment posts with abuse, and that person’s own recruitment post wants to remove irrelevant posts, then let the admin team know. I’ve done it many a times for Cookeh, Cu and others.
