tl;dr the match was not played.
We got a link to the lobby finally at 20:24 CET.
Half of our team were banned from the lobby and couldn’t play, for about an hour we waited until both teams showed up. Since there was no way to play the game, I proposed that we meet with I.N.P.S. outside TF2Center and played the game. They didn’t accept the challenge though, and instead claimed that they were ready when we were not, and so they won because of our forfeit. We had a little pissing contest and a screenshot cold war until we eventually left the lobby around 21:00 CET.
I’m trying to contact the leader of I.N.P.S. and arrange a match, hopefully in better circumstances.
Update: I talked to the leader of I.N.P.S., and we agreed on playing the match properly next week, before rounds 2 and 3. Our conversation, for the record: http://imgur.com/mvrbd6o
