   There is little I can say except that I am awfully sorry for not allowing you to play in this cup. Our brackets got messed up and some teams didn’t show up in brackets in time which led us on a wild goose chase, trying to find teams that we somewhat lost.

   This is completely my fault and I apologize for this. I hope you at least had some fun in your PCW.
