merc cos he’s played you once on badlands? And we didn’t want to use a div3 scout FYI..
In hindsight, I doubt allowing filthy on blands would have made much of a difference :P
But trying to compare our reluctance to allow filthy as a merc, with us using davesan who is on our roster (I assume you mean him [lolololol ziggy d3]), makes literally no sense at all.
Unless you’re talking about GuGu, in which case we allowed him as medic, so I still don’t see your point.
Call it petty if you like r7an, you also requested a demo of us playing AS when we were due to play you on the map a few days later. Derp.
As for GuGu, he did play med yes, only after we wouldn’t let him scout initially.
We’re quite happy to allow mercs, but none of us are really happy if we feel a team can garner even a slight advantage from a particular merc.
I don’t think it’s unreasonable, get more stability tbh – we only ended up playing 2 ESL matches in the entire season because of the no merc rule, all the other opponents either folded or defaulted.
It had absolutely zero bearing on the result anyhow so I don’t see the point taking this discussion further.

Anyways, didn’t want to start an argument, just thought you guys were hinting I was being sneaky trying to gain an advantage :P a div4 scout instead of me playing scout isn’t gaining an advantage :p
Wasnt really aware that it would be instead of you, but tbh it doesnt rly matter now, we had some ggs, and I doubt anyone has any lasting complaints about our matches.

If you think about it, they did better WITHOUT filthy (5-0) than with, (6-1) :D
Its because Im terrible on all maps except badlands.
