we played first map but on the second map they leaved and gave us default win,here is the first map screenshot

This is a message for admin. What do we need to post here to have the win? they played the first map and we won but on the second map they were 5 and we were waiting 20 minutes,they said they wont play and gave us def win,what do we need to post? first map screenshot and the screen where they say they leave? the demo?
