unfortunately we are suffering lack of members at the moment – our backup has the flu and cannot move, our demoman’s PC has broken and our allrounder 90% cannot make it anymore.
Would it be possible for you to remove it from the calendar and we can get back to you?

unfortunately the team likes telling me that they won’t be around after we have agreed on a schedule..
