    Sorry about the server. This is what happend:
    Someone loaded the instagib config via rcon, last 3 lines:

    The result was:
    Bad server address (bcast06.blank-TV.de : 50000)

    The server crashed due to bad ip:port address format.
    When I try the tv_relay command without the spaces in the ip:port, the result is an infinite loop telling me ‘wrong relay password’.

    Anyway, blank tv already connects on its own, as a tv_status shows:

    I assume, the tv_relay command in your config is not necessary.
