I have scheduled it for that time.
We do have a server with instagib, but it is currently offline after one of the latest updates (people can join, but timeout about 5 seconds later; currently it will not restart).
I will see if we can get this fixed, however if not I will ask around to see if anyone else has a server we can use for this match :) (feel free to try get hold of one in the mean time, I will tell you if we get it working again).

Sorry mates, we have a problem. We have a league match next thursday and we cant play at this time… my mate scheduled it without entering it into the calendar. Can we set another date for it? What’s about Wednesday at 21:00 CET?

We cannot play on wednesday, but if you can re-arange your 6on6 to 20:00CET (as they asked in comments so im guessing this will be fine), then we can still play at 21:00CET or even a bit later. I will be happy to wait 10-15 mins untill your match has finished, but organising a different date will be difficult for us. We can probably even play later that same day if you cannot re-arrange your 6on6.
Anyway say how this works for you.

Okay, I asked dc to play at 8 CET, if they say okay, we can play our match later on. ;)

Also our server is fixed now, so that should be fine for the match.

Due to a recent TF2 update, all custom maps randomly crash people at frequent intervals. Due to this playing one of the other custom maps on the maplist would have been impossible at the time.
After attempting to conact an admin after our first map (we played turbine first), we had no reply so both teams agreed on the decision to play turbine twice as opposed to waiting untill this problem was fixed; it would be difficult to arrange another date within the deadline period. I hope this works out.
