        <description><![CDATA[div7? ....no , keep div6 and div5 as it is.

What came up to my mind is more like to reward stable clans(whom stayed for whole season without \"dropping\") and for next season take this \"flag of stability\" in consideration when creating sub-divisions(5a-5b-5c....) and keep such clans/teams together.]]></description>

        <description><![CDATA[I don\'t mind.....it at all it is TEAM FORTRESS so, you have to adapt to new conditions on battlefield. 

How you counter the Natasha usage ? // How you counter the Natasha with applied critzkrieg ?  It is the very same but in different colour for scouts props;...maybe the game now will be more about the \"Team\" and not only about the initial aproach of Demons/Scauts to middle point (granary/badlands)

(sometimes demons are there pretty faster then scouts...now the demo will be little bit scared to get \"boink\"ed :) and that\'s good for me.

Also the \"e.drink\" for scout is good idea, as he can now explore some areas pretty fast without harm.....

So basically i like those unlocks... 

PS: and i like the idea one scou with new props and second one with the old ones :) pretty good combo tbh.

        <description><![CDATA[choose proper audio driver in mumble (ASIO/DX/WINMAPPER) based on your sound card 

run the \"wizard\" again, really carefully and pass all test...
then go and focus on \"quality\" \"audio latency\" \"network latency\" bars...

mumble is able to consume  up to 30k meanwhile teamspeak is able to operate on 6k :)
so when using ADSL connection and your mumble consume as much as possible from bandwith your downstream get less bandwith and if your mates are talking together you will get quite a lot big amount data send by server to you and if you respond to them you may get more laggy and vice versa... and this is the situation when ADSL is loosing.

also i remember some issues when choosing the way how the mumble decide if i speak or not (signal to noise ratio vs raw) if you have \"soundblaster\" (or some any other mid/high cards choose \"signal to noise\", if some crappy onboard i suggest to choose the second option. 
(note: both are having different thresholds so be sure what you are doing with slide bars :)

version 1.1.7 had some troubles .... no talks about :)
i am still with 1.1.5 and no issues so far even with updated sever side.

        <description><![CDATA[Exactly, those bitchin\' about new maps are repeating every new update...
remember ctf_turbine and cp_fastlane ?

Also the very informative shoutouts about \"MAP A\" is better than \"MAP B\" and vice versa.... 

ad_arena: if you check the TF2 stats site you can easily see arena_lumberyard as mostly played map...(of coz on Public)

try to setup your network card, network connection manually (Speed, duplex type, buffers, direct entries for more DNS servers, manual ip...and so on)

do it same for router/modem (if possible)

disconnects may occur due: 
DNS is not resolving the name to ip and vice versa
Your PC decide to lease (somehow) new configuration from your DHCP
Your router might decide to change speed or/and duplex which leads usually to 1-3sec lags and delay in all packets (ie. check cables, check the trafic on router if the bottleneck of the interfaces are still far away)

Also check you computer for spyware, as there might be some trojan acting as carboncopier(forcing your network card act in promisc.mode) which a lot of SW does not like (VAC, PB, AEQ,\"irc\"....) Try to scan your PC usin \"nmap\" to se what stuff is trying to in/outbound from/to your PC.

ADSL lines sometimes need to be refreshed on dashboard directly at ISP (ask them to do it as maintainance) and reset it in your modem as well.]]></description>
