        <description><![CDATA[I think that this is not necessary, Fan not is OP, and after a old update there is no more bump effect for free kills and you need a minimum damage and distance for a real knockback effect

Fan is specially worse for scouts battles and is worst on the paper
A Scatergun with only 2 shells can fire the 2 shells and reload them faster than FAN

Scatergun
    *  Attack Interval: 0.64
    * Reload Base (1 shell): 0.76
    * Additional Reload (2 shell and the rest): 0.56
Time to fire 2 shell and reload 2 shells 1.96

FAN
   *  Attack Interval: 0.4267
   * Reload 2 shells: 1.64
Time to fire 2 shell and reload 2 shells 2.066, more slow than scater, and this asume that the shells are fired in the short time of 0.426 sec something that is rarely done

Scatergun with 4 more shots is vastly superior than FAN that yes, make 10% more damage but this not is really a great diference, only 7 hp more
Scater damage 105 at point blank
FAN  damage 112 (113 sometimes) at point blank

I think that Knockback is far of be an adadvantage, is very good in some situations, but in the most situations throw your victim away from your shotgun not is good 

Finally the FAN jumps help to offset these problems, they give a lot of mobility and add another diferent and good thing to the game]]></description>

-Remove the sandwitch and give a useful weapon to the heavy
-Make another badlands / granary / well (without trains and a secure configuration time) type maps

-(Sturmis) att - def - def - att round format in stopwatch mode.
