Ever since i re-installed windows 7 (32-bit) I have been getting this weird mouse problem whenever mumble is turned on. Any mouse movement or click in-game gets delayed by a couple of seconds.

I tried re-installing mumble, turning off overlay and changing priorities to both normal and low.
I don\'t want to hijack the thread, but I guess I\'d better answer:

I\'ve tried:
- changing dpi (400/800/1800)
- switching to a different mx518
- switching to a different computer
- reinstalling setpoint
- downgrading setpoint
- upgrading setpoint
- cleaning the optical laser on both mice using microfibre cloth

running setpoint 6.15.6, with a w7 acceleration fix.

It happens about once in 10 times when I put the mouse down on the mousepad, whenever I move the MX518 vertically it has some nasty zig-zag lines on the vertical axis like this: http://i.imgur.com/o1cAk.gif - or worst case scenario: http://i.imgur.com/2Cm5V.gif (that\'s supposed to be a straight line :c)

Haven\'t actually tried changing the polling rate, but I\'ll try it and get back to you.
polling rate should be the main issue i think (i\'m using cheese mouse fix (no setpoint) + i\'ve ocd it over 500 Hz). You might want to try different mouse feet.

Uninstall drivers

1.change the polling rate to 500 Hz or more ( i have it on 1000, but the dmir.exe shows its aproxm. 600/700 or so)
2.install cheese mouse fix ( way better than the cpl mouse fix)
3.get a good mousepad (say puretrak talent) + replace your old feet to say hyperglides or something simillar.

This made my aim go huge right after i did this.

I\'m not completly sure, but you should keep in mind that changing dpi with the mouse buttons mght affect the Cheese mouse fix ( i just reinstall it if i change dpi). And i think without drivers it has the same dpi as has right after you install the drivers ( 1800 dpi on the 3d level)
