First of, sorry if i posted it in the wrong section,
secondly - youre allowed to make fun of me all you want, i see it as a gift of gratitude toards you for helping me.

Now, the issue:
I experience random game freezes, and have been for as long as i can remember. The whole game freezes for 1-3 seconds, sometimes it crashes. This can occur 2-3 times a map. Its not gamebreaking as ive learned to accept it as a part of the game, but it would be awesome to get rid of em for good!

I\'ve tried different FPS configs during the years, didnt change much. I now run virtually a clean client, ive got these net settings and shit that disables gibs and sprays.

Hey Albert! Love what youre doing, not only in TF2 but also IRL! Spreading joy and happiness wherever you go with your godlike looks and stunning persona!

Now - however hard it may be - i actually have something else i need to address.
You see, over here in sweden we\'ve got access to a cool e-sport arena to host cups n lans etc. But unfortunately, its been built with the 5v5 format in mind :( - so we\'re currently discussing viable rulesets if we were to hold a less-serious cup on location - to promote the game (win H4TS!!!!!!) etc etc.

Sooo... I couldnt imagine a more naturally gifted person to host a try-be4-try cup online, to see if the format works and what limits need to be set (aswell as new doors opening).
What say you Sir Albert (hope its cool if i call you sir), is your majesty (on second thought, majesty seems more fitting to such a stellar lad like yourself) up for the task?

Edit: toned down the ass-kissing. And like to ask you all not to discuss the issues with 5v5 in this thread. Thank you and come again (and again, andagain, andagainandag...)

[quote=340852]This thread won\'t achieve anything. I don\'t mean even like \"well it\'s not going to make any of the leagues change their minds\". What I mean is not a single living person will benefit from the existence of this thread.

We\'ll start on page 1 with a couple of reasonable suggestions. Then on page 2, they\'ll continue for a bit, but with a few silly opinions from the usual trolls/div6 baddies. As the thread continues, a higher percentage of every new page\'s posts will start to consist of these stupid, uneducated opinions.

Then at some point, someone will read a daft post and bite. Whether it be a troll looking to bait, someone who doesn\'t know what they\'re talking about and doesn\'t know it, or just someone who is actually good at TF2 and couldn\'t resist the urge to tell someone they\'re wrong, it\'ll happen. That will then end up developing into a heated argument, with other people getting involved. Lots of insults will be thrown around, and people will get crazy angry, simply because they can\'t shout at the person through a computer, nor express their opinions fully because words alone simply cannot express the intensity of them. It\'s all cyclical, and it\'ll just get worse, and worse, and worse.

Then we\'ll end up with a horrible, off topic thread filled with lots of angry people.

And then Ashkan will lock it and we\'ll all hate on him in IRC because he doesn\'t even play 6v6.

Love how he can think of 8 possible strategies and pick one after he thoroughly dissect em all, this within 2seconds of gameplay! Hes a jedi!

On topic, just do what i did - get a good drunken persona so people like you and get invited to higher lvl mixes :). Sure youll learn by puting the hours in on DM servers and watching PoV demos - but actually playing on a higher lvl will get you there in a jiffy

bla bla bla. This is a gaming forum, where most of the talk should be directly related to the game we play.

A condolence thread about Steve doesnt directly fit into the above, but i see nothing wrong since thats just the way most of us is brought up, somone died - we take a minute or two to think about his family and reminisce on all the good the person has done.
Then there are those who didnt get that upbringing - hide behind the anonymity of the internet - and show no respect.
I have no problem, what so ever, with these individuals being banned!
yes its THAT simple!
