Thinking about this question i remember the ETAC for TFC...what about something like that for TF2?
For those who don´t know: the ETAC was the European TFC Admins Council
Several leagues were part of it and if you got banned by one of them you were automatically banned for all of the participating leagues (because of ETAC-Plugin = banlist)
I think it couldn´t be bad to have something like that - with ETF2L, ESL, WPTF2L, NTFCL, ED and maybe even some server providers as part of it.
Would be some \'extra-work\' for the admins, but may help to get rid of cheaters and people who don´t know how to behave correctly when playing official games (and even on publics!)

My fault, daykiller - i read the rules some time ago and remembered it like \'3 default losses to lose all points\'...sorry, but i never wanted to accuse admins or the league.

But anyway: my opinion about folded teams is as i mentioned. A non-existing team should not have points.
Just imagine an extreme example: a team has won 7 matches and folds...therfor loses the last 2 matches by default and is still in the table with 42 points <-what would probably result in place 1...for a team that isn´t anymore...
Totally different if that team \'just\' decides not to play the last matches, because they already know that they achieved what they wanted (or for what reason ever..) <- that would be \'not sportsman-like\', but still legal.

In case of Memento you can say: they only have 2 default losses, therfor the scores remain - ok...even if i don´t understand to keep points for a team that doesn´t exist anymore. Would be different, if they didn´t manage to get enough players for the last 2 matches, but would normally be still active. In this case i would agree with the remaining points. But if they folded i don´t understand that.

And in Div 3 there´s AD, having 3 default losses for the last three matches and they still have their points. Even if they might not have folded (i don´t know...) it would be against the rules. 3 default losses = no points at all
Why do they have their points?

I believe that can make some people think that it´s somehow random who´s losing points and who´s not....that wouldn´t be good for the league in my opinion.
But ok...i´m not directly involved in these cases. But the rules are for all Div´s and therfor i care a bit about it.
[dropped] should mean what it says...\'not active anymore, not participating\'

About the score for Gravel Pit with stopwatch:
I don´t think it´s good to score 3-0 if one team won both rounds faster. Of course that team should get more points, but 0 for the other?
Why not 2-1?
Is it fair to get nothing with still having 6 points capped?
But ok, i´m not admin i don´t flame or whine. It´s just a question about the way to score that map.
6 caps are 6 caps, and therefor a team should get anything for that fact.
Just think about some cases: One player drops or one has severe lag and can´t move for some time. Than that team get´s nothing even if it manages to cap all points?
That didn´t happen in our case, but it´s still something that can occour in the future.
I really think: 1 point for both if it ended 6-6, and one extra-point for the faster team, no extra point if both teams won one round faster. Or even 1 extra point for a faster round, so it´s possible to get 3-1 points for the map.
Whatever. Maybe i´m alone with my opinion. But i just wanted to share my thoughts.

And excuse my bad english :)
