There are TF2 Log Parsers online available via websites. You can upload server logs and its conting all events and returns a nice webste overview.

E.g. take a look at this: http://www.thursday.com/tf2logger/animosity_test_1/
edit: the above stats inclued the warmup, so the k/d is not quite representative. But you can include a \'clanready\' signal in the log parser so it knows where to start. Or you cut everything before restartround out of the logfile.

Go to \"upload\", specify your log file and a generic match name and you are done. Remember that this particular site is providing all uploaded logs to everyone, so only upload demos, if you want others to see your \'performance\' :)

@Norris: I am still searching for a good way to disable unlockables and Sandman definitely should be disabled.

@13: You know that I am fast at banning players ;), but you can only ban a demoman spamming the spawn, if you see him doing so or get a report somehow. And there are 2 spawn exits on dm_store_pro, which makes a single demoman ineffective at spamming both doors. Increasing the demoman limit is not a good idea, especially in conjunction with the request to reduce to 12 slots.

Maybe I can give you a reserved immune slot, so you can always switch to demoman?

TF2DM hm? I\'ll think about it.

Update on map downloads: I set up a fast download server (downloading maps from a different webserver without speed limit), so this should not be a problem any more.

Update on Sandman: Sandman is now disabled, somehow. The server is replacing all sandmans with the regular bats every 5 seconds. So when you touch the resupply, you have the sandman for at most 5 seconds. I am still working on a better fix without running the script faster than every 5 seconds. (anyone knows if there is a sourcemod hook for touching the resupply?)

I just set up two public servers on a root machine, which we also use for Wars. Location is Germany.

InstaGib Public Server
62.75.214.214:27035
16 slots, with rockthevote
mapcycle:
ctf_ig_area_b2, ctf_ig_badlands2, ctf_ig_redshed, ctf_turbine, ctf_impact2, cp_badlands, tc_hydro, cp_gravelpit

Map downloads now use an external fast download server.

dm_store_pro Server
62.75.214.214:27075
24 slots, no crit, no spec
mapcycle: dm_store_pro

I want to discuss what happend at that match: http://etf2l.org/matches/9107/

One of the first comments was :
\'These maps that we have to play are a bit messed up\'

Well, both teams picked those maps and now they have to play them. But they didn\'t. Both teams \'agreed\' to change both maps from labor and 2fort to badlands and granary and they found an admin to approve that change.

I do not complain about that match or these teams or the admin. But there are rules how to pick maps, including a limited count for each map and excluded the possibility to change these picks afterwards. The only exception is to change to a second or third party pool map (!), if both teams picked the same map for that match.

Now what happend here. The teams and the admin decided to completely ignore existing rules and do whatever they want.

If that is what the ETF2L wants, then change the mappick rules and let all teams choose whatever they want, even 1 hour before the match.

Recently I also had huge choke problems that appeared suddenly, without any changes of config/updates/drivers from my side. The effect was, that in TF2 choke increases to 50-100 (usually in situations with many enemies and particles around) then decreasing back to 0-5.

Hardware was not the problem (Q9450, HD4850, fullhd, max detail @ 100fps, never less than 60 fps) and I also tried experimenting with cl_updaterate, cl_cmdrate and rate. Also deleting and reinstalling TF2 did not help.

Finally I installed the latest ATi graphics driver and the problem was gone. I still don\'t know how the graphics driver (without changing the driver or updating TF2) could cause choke problems when the fps is always above rate settings.
