http://tf2lobby.com/news
(new thread: we don\'t really have a tflb forum so I think it\'s reasonable to open a new one to discuss major features)

This weekend\'s update is an extension of the match stats we\'ve been gathering; your match stats now contribute to global stats associated with your personal profile. Let the dick comparing begin!

Additionally, we\'ve implemented a system that automatically detects ragequits, early drops, noshows, and noshow subbers. While no automated action is taken (mitigating circumstances DO exist after all) these will contribute to a player\'s RQ percentage, which is visible below every player within a lobby. Kick away, yee lobby leaders. You could also conceivably discriminate based on their profile\'s statistics, but I don\'t want to see any bashing of new players: we all want the metagame to grow.

There are a number of other improvements which may be viewed in the news page and change log.

Shoutouts to the top 3 lobby players:
Sieppox http://tf2lobby.com/profile?id=610
wrath http://tf2lobby.com/profile?id=1242
Doug http://tf2lobby.com/profile?id=5127

Expect more officialized recognitions of top players among a variety of different stat categories. We\'ve started recording player regions, so we\'ll soon be able to find out if EU players really can airstrafe better than NA players

CTF Wildfire is my successor to ctf_atrophy that builds on some of its concepts more specifically for 6v6 play. Screenshots, download link, changelist and ty list @ http://forums.tf2maps.net/showthread.php?t=11533

Each intelligence is located on a badlands-esque spire; the middle features a large satellite dish, a bridge (whoa crazy) and a perilous chandelier to contest.

Your intel may be touch-returned; otherwise it will take the normal 60 seconds. There is no \'flag at home\' rule like in atrophy; instead, your capture zone is on your own flag.

I.e. if you stop it in the middle of the map and have the enemy flag, you may touch return and cap all in one action- no need to fear going aggressive when both teams have the flag, as a capture on their territory means you can have the flag picked up again and possibly get 2 points out of it.

\"Oh another random map that I\'ll never play\" Not this time! Message me on steam (mangycarface, go figure) and I\'ll set up a lobby on a good NA server and pass the lobby leadership to you to play with your friends (a newer tf2lobby feature). The map has been tested through 7 alphas before I detailed it and I can sorta guarantee you\'ll find it fun~ (I don\'t have an EU server :S )

No, in our system each event is logged discretely, making it orders of magnitude more complex than a simple stat package like that. That\'s why you can replay the matches through tf2lobby.

That\'s the point! Even if you don\'t casually lobby, you should arrange to fight your matches through the system so you can review the playback with your team and share playbacks as easier-to-view demos with people; just copy the link!

Yeah, new thread; we\'re rolling out a huge new update to the lobby system.
http://tf2lobby.com/img/screenshots/lobbyStats.png
Thanks to logaddress we\'re able to track many, many facets of your lobby games as they\'re played, and this allows us to both track global stats for your profile and intimate details* of every match you play through the lobby system.
The matches are tied to the lobby through which they were played; this means you can link ANYONE to any match you\'ve played so that they can replay the match from overhead at a later date. Imagine running a league match through the lobby system and being able to link an overview, at up to 60x speed, of your team\'s actions.
While personal stats are not yet compiled, the entire lobby history system is now functional; sign in and play a few matches to start gathering match reports. Try this one, to see what we mean: http://tf2lobby.com/stats/lobby?id=7698

Obviously there are areas to expand upon in the system. For now, read http://tf2lobby.com/news for more information and enjoy.

The only bug we had is that one of person appeared in the spectator screen for some people and not others, and since i couldnt see him to kick him we had to shut the lobby down and form a new one, this may of been caused by him joining the server manualy before the lobby was ful,l or i gave him the direct link from my web broweser to join the lobby and it bugged.

But other than that awsome cant wait to use it again :)[/quote]
