that could\'ve fitted numlocked end of season 7 :)
Yes, that is the main problem here, I think.
It could be solved however, if you don\'t have to apply for the div you are currently playing in, but instead to which division you want to play.
This will not solve much when it comes to the problem with people over or underrating themselves of course, but at least it takes away some confusion with the low/mid/high system.

-Added a “max player count” filter setting.

I just wondered the other day why there were no such filter option when I was looking for dm servers. Usually the dm servers have max player count of 10 and it seemed unnessesary to have to scan through the list be hand.

This does not seem to be a problem that Windows 7 is causing all by itself.
I use Windows 7 (home edition 64 bit) and do not have any problems with negative acceleration (sure, I get some if I move the mouse very far very fast, but it does not affect me under normal gameplay. On the other hand I am not a low sens player.).
Im using a cloth pad (Mionix Alioth 400) and a laser mouse (Mionix Naos 5000).

Have you used all the common commands in the autoexec.cfg to turn off mouse acceleration ? :
m_customaccel \"0\"
m_customaccel_scale \"0.00\"
m_customaccel_max \"0\"
m_filter \"0\"
m_mouseaccel1 \"0\"
m_mouseaccel2 \"0\"
m_customaccel_exponent \"0\"
However, this is only affecting positive acceleration I guess.

Negative acceleration is more of a problem of the mouse and it\'s tracking capabilities.
However, since most mice works fine in Windows the situation seems to be a bit more complex. It\'s like tf2 prefer some mice and not others and punish them by making them worse than they actually are...

Gaming mice are not just only some marketing gimmick.
Sure, just because the package says \"gaming mouse\", it doesn\'t mean it\'s good.
However, many new gaming mice have a lot of nice configuration options which at least I appriciate since I then can make the mouse fit my personal taste better.
