        <description><![CDATA[The only viable addition to roundtimes around 3 minutes are percental points for cp advantages, e.g. 0.3 CP3, 0.5 CP4 with additional bonus times (around 1min) when cp constellation changes.

Guess there are bad incentives as well (fortress building on certain cps), but you can\'t cease them at all with an overall timelimit.]]></description>
