if you’re playing tf2 only you could try accel like this https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KORL144_co8 so you would be able to have the slow sens when aiming and fast when flicking/dodging so your movement wouldn’t get worse because of the sensitivity.
2.8 cm w/windows max accel > 7.2 cm w/o mouse accel > 11.4 cm w/ mouse accel > 19.3 cm w/o mouse accel > 23.7 cm w/o mouse accel.
I also played on 1km with really high accel for a bit lol.
